Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Engines & Gearbox Supplies (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“the Client”, “you”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
We supply used, reconditioned, and/or imported engines and gearboxes. Product descriptions are provided in good faith, and while every effort is made to ensure accuracy, variations may occur due to the nature of mechanical components.
3. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in the applicable local currency unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Full or agreed deposit payment is required before processing any order.
- Goods will only be released or dispatched once payment has cleared.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location and stock availability.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any issues, shortages, or visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for returns or claims.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are only accepted with prior authorization.
- Items must be returned in original condition and not installed or altered.
- Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
- Installation of any engine or gearbox voids return eligibility unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty
Where applicable, a limited warranty may be provided on engines and gearboxes. Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Overheating or misuse
- Electrical faults or external component failure
- Modifications or racing applications
All installations must be carried out by qualified professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
10. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
- Correct product selection prior to purchase
- Proper installation by a qualified mechanic
- Compliance with maintenance requirements
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or supply chain issues.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Company operates. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with local legal processes.
